Dear Patient,
We are currently in the process of re launching our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
The main aim of our PPG is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions regarding the quality and range of services provided. It is not an outlet for complaints or to discuss personal issues.
Our PPG is made up of patients from the practice, they come from a variety of ages, gender, abilities and ethnicity.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a virtual patient participation group so that you can have your say and we will also be arranging meetings in the near future. If you would like to become a member of our PPG or would like to make a comment to be discussed at meetings, please email us [email protected]
