Dear patients, As you may have seen on our social media channels, we have had to close our Scholes dispensing branch from 12pm every day due to extreme staffing shortages. We have not taken this decision lightly and our staff are continuing to work very hard under immense pressure. If it is after 12pm, the surgery will be closed so please do not attempt to gain access to the practice by banging on windows and doors. We have a zero tolerance policy and any form of abuse will not be tolerated.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience whilst we navigate our way through this difficult period. The safety of our patients is always paramount in the provision of healthcare.
